5100 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

4. Payments, Transactions & Currency
All financial transactions on the 5100 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits and withdrawals may only be made through payment methods supported by the platform, including but not limited to local bank transfers and approved e-wallets.
All deposits are final and non-reversible once processed. 5100 is not liable for any losses resulting from user error during the deposit process, including entering an incorrect account number or wrong amount.

In the event of an account suspension or closure due to a terms violation, 5100 reserves the right to hold the account balance while an investigation is carried out. If the investigation confirms no breach, any eligible balance will be returned to the user via an appropriate payment method.

Such requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any eligible balance will be settled in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure.
